Kingston links
Nestled
along the banks, at the heart of where the Cataraqui and St. Lawrence rivers
flow into Lake Ontario, you’ll find the City of Kingston. Aptly named the
freshwater capital of the North America, Kingston offers a portal to the
Thousand Islands, drawing thousands of visitors and boaters from across the
world. Also known as the "limestone city", Kingston was Canada’s first capital.
Today, Kingston finds itself strategically located between Toronto and
Montreal, and just a short drive away from Ottawa. It’s a dynamic community
with plenty of history and rich in both arts and culture. While the city is
experiencing a healthy rate of growth, it still manages to maintain its
old-town charm, making Kingston an ideal place to call home.
Here are some links to help you virtually get around this great city. If you have a
link that should be added or come across a broken link, please e-mail me.
